Gt humerus fracture
Gt fracture in humerus bone attaching 5 week xray . Fracture operated non surgical procedure. After 5 week doc suggested to do the exercises. In 6 week I can abduct and flex my arm till 90 degree. I just want to ask is fracture heals properly till what time I will gain full motion. I'm also attaching 1 day xray report

Your fracture  seems to have United. Kindly do physiotherapy. You can do yoga based exercises. Visit my you tube ,'yoga simplified'

6wks completed now your able to abduct and flex without pain means fracture united well and for full range of motion go for physiotherapist and do active rom and pendulum excerises
