Green tea consumption
Hi         I have heard that green tea is very useful for our skin along with health benefits as it is rich of anti oxidents ....but i always get confused because some people says it also helps to reduce weight ....as im already satisfied with my body weight and dont want to shed any so kindly suggest me should i start drink green tea if yes then kindly suggest me when ?? And can we add honey( sugar ) for the taste  or its  more beneficial without sugar ??

Green tea, as you said, is rich in antioxidants which will help your skin to glow. Even it's weight loss property is only because of detoxification of the body, else it does not cause direct weight loss. So you may consume it, it will help you digest food better, not causing any weight loss if you don't have extra fat deposits.
Next Steps
Consuming it without honey or sugar would be better as sweeteners are nothing but empty calories so avoid in food you can. However, adding them would also not cause any side-effect.
Health Tips
Add 3-4 coloured foods daily in your diet to get more antioxidants in natural ways, rather than adding those in your face packs!
