You can take green tea post dinner but make sure the gap is of more then 1-1.5hours.
It’s better to have one serving that is either brown rice or chapati,
May be you can alternate it. But make sure you have a
Protein source along with it like dal, paneer low fat, chicken or egg.
Try to have green tea in mid meals like around 11am and 5pm evening snack.
