I am diagnosed with social anxiety disorder and depression...can i have green tea daily cause many people say it's good but others argue that it is bad for people with mental disorders

It has no role in your condition. But placebo is good to relieve your anxiety. Try it. But it's not cup of my tea!! 😁

Green tea is good for physical health and mental health. It is abundant in antioxidants which reduces free radicles, there by stress.

Intake of Green tea has showed to have a positive effect on our general body. However, it does not have any impact with regard to social anxiety disorder or depression. To work on the conditions that you've mentioned, you might want to consult a professional mental health counsellor along with a psychiatrist if required.
