Green Coffee beans
I am 85 kg. Height 165 cms. Age 24. I want to loose weight. I am doing exercise and changed my diet. But somewhere I read about green coffee bean extract /pills/powder. It said that loose 10kg-12kg in 10 days etc. I surfed on net. There were mixed reviews. Is that true? Does it really help in weight loss by drink one cup before breakfast and dinner?? Please help.

For weight loss u need proper diet Consultation and exercises. Just only taking green coffee is not sufficient for weight loss. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods,fatty food's processed foods. For weight loss you should follow low calorie diet and work out daily.

Hello dear yes it's true that green coffee helps in weight reduction but this is absolutely not true that only green coffee will help you to loose 10_12 kgs in. 10 days . Don't do too much surf in net because all information are not correctly..if u actually want to reduce the weight contact me through practo or call directly

you need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
