Grand father having rashes
My grand father having frequent rashes all over his body ..He is also having diabetese which is not severe and feel weakness in leg and breathing issue but my main concern is why he is having this kind of rashes ...Kindly guide what is this and whom to visit. Pic attached

These rashes could be due to his diabetes.first thing to check for is blood sugar profile  to check if sugars are controlled.
