My father is feeling weak all day
My father is feeling weak all days and seems seriously not well . All type of tests are done. But no issues detected till now except some little bit fall of sugar . Even he is in trouble of sleep also as he can't sleep. I can't find my father's problem.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
If you have got all the tests done, then I don't see why you haven't attached the reports here.
You can give him a tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.
Take him to a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
