My father platelet count is 75000.his haemglobin is 11.and he has blood clot on body.we did checkup with haematologist.we had done all the test.It shows anemia.And haematalogist said the spot are not because of platelets.What to do

Very difficult to comment without actually examining patient . Spots on body could be because of multiple reasons most commonly at this age because of pigmentation . Pigmentation can be due to age or due to hormonal changes . Other spots can also be due to bleeding - hematoma , Purpura . Clinical examination is necessary before commenting
