Hello, I understand your concern. You are absolutely right to take this seriously. Unintentional weight loss combined with weakness is an important health signal that should never be ignored. Simply adding supplements or protein powder, as others have suggested, is not the correct first step. We first need to find the underlying reason why your body is losing weight. This could be due to several common issues in your age group, such as: Thyroid Issues: An overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism) can cause rapid weight loss and weakness. Anemia / Deficiencies: Low iron or other vitamin deficiencies can cause weakness and lack of appetite. Digestive Issues: Problems with absorbing nutrients from your food (malabsorption). High Stress or Anxiety: This can severely impact appetite and metabolism. Blood Sugar Issues: Such as new-onset diabetes.
Next Steps
Here is the correct plan: We need to investigate this properly. The first step is to discuss your symptoms in detail, followed by a basic set of blood tests (like a Complete Blood Count, Thyroid Profile, and Blood Sugar) to find the cause.
Health Tips
Please book a paid consultation with me so we can discuss your history and I can order the correct and necessary tests for you. Contact on eight 24 eight double zero seven zero three 5
