Unfortunately Once a patient is tested positive for HBsAg he/she remains positive for entire life as there is no specific cure for this condition

Best way forward is to make sure HEPATITIS DNA titers are maintained to very low levels which is possible by anti viral therapy

For individuals of this age specially in 20s are not vaccinated for Hepatitis B virus at birth hence it is advisable to get vaccinated
