Glasses nd astigmatism
Hello doc... Actually I'm having astigmatism of -0.75 in right eye nd .50 in left. I'm only wearing glasses while I'm studying or something. So is it OK...or not wearing glasses continuously will make it worse ?

Hi it's simple , since you have astigmatism alone , wear the glasses regularly and continuously 1) not wearing will not make the power worsen , u will develop ending up in head ache , eye strain etc 2) better inside the home wear glasses If not comfortable with glasses can try contact lens when you are out side

Preferably you should use the glasses all the time. While reading, watching TV etc, it is compulsory. Otherwise you will strain your eyes.

It's a small number.  If you don't have any eye pain, headache or blurred vision issue,  you can skip using glasses.

Not wearing glasses is okay. The only problems of not wearing glasses are eye strain, asthenopia, mild headaches, and of course blurry vision. So it's your choice to wear them or no. Wearing or not wearing glasses, does not really impact progression of refractive Error.
