Will not wearing my prescription glasses all the time (-2.75 left , -3 right with 0.75 astigmatism in both) cause lazy eyes ? I'm 20 , female
My optometrist told me to wear them all the time even for near work.

Is your vision 6/6 with glasses? If yes, the term lazy eye isn't for you. But apart from that you have to wear glasses all the time. Bt if you don't want glasses for the cosmetic reason, you can go for LASIK after proper eye checkup.
