Getting the same dream from few years.
Dear Doctor, I am 29 years old homemaker. I have a 3 and half year daughter. This may sound silly to listen but from past few years I am repeatedly getting a dream about exams. ex: * I am preparing for exams but I know nothing, I am going into a complete panic situation.       * I am sitting in an exam hall but I dont know anything to write, here also I am going to complete panic situation. I will be in this panic situation in whole night untill I woke up in the morning and realize it was a dream. Same concepts in different ways.. I dunno y the same dream I am getting from few years almost 3 times or 4 times a week. I am getting disturbed mentally in the morning because of the pressure i had in dream whole night. Morning I am feeling weak. Please let me know y this is happening.

Hi There are few questions need to be answered How is your sleep? Is it sound or gets disturbed? Have these dreams started after your delivery(as you mentioned since few years)? If yes & if its your 1st child may be you are over anxious &stressed about taking care of your daughter & that comes out as an exam fear. Other possibility is you have certain other stressor in your life which need to be dealt with.
Next Steps
it would be advisable to take professional help so as to do proper analysis & then treatment.
