Getting nervous breakdown
From past at things of three to four months I am getting in ziety unable to sleep at night it just takes me nearly 7 to 8 hours like I am on bed and I just move here and there and it want to get rid of this I think I am unable to to put things in Slime in the people who are around at right to make them happy with all my good things I am able to do but still they are not satisfy I am unable to make friends or I have friends but I don't know I think I am phobic to talk to them or something like that I barely take them or they apply to to them over the text I want to get better thank you
