I am not sure what's wrong with my health.
I eat enough but still I get tired quickly and also dehydrated quickly after doing one set of a particular exercise at the gym that's like 3-4 minutes of exercise
I have breakfast and then lunch around noon and then dinner.
Could this be some deficiency?
