Getting catch on back
My husband 34 years old. Complaint nowadays of catch. If he just carries bagpack or bag not much weight. Near chest area. Or back. Today he moved water bucket and got catch on hhis back near shoulder blade left sisde. His keep getting catch When he gets up now. What could be the reason?? Anything to worry?? Hes. Lying down for now. He says as the catch on his back but at the chest level . He feels uncomfortable

Apart from deficiencies it is the lack of adequate physical activity which leads to this problem. He should go for a slow jog for about 2 km. He should also do light physical activity like stand ups and sit-ups. He should also swing his arms - forward backward,  Swing arms infront of chest , circumduction. These things will tone up his muscles and he will not have a catch

Could be because of calcium deficiency. Get S.calcium level test. Consult with reports. For now apply diclo gel to the muscle catch area, that relax muscle catch and releave pain.
