Gestational Sugar levels
Hi doctor, Iam 27 weeks pregnant having gestational diabetes with fasting - 113, 1hr - 225, 2nd hr -143 in OGTT test. Iam taking glycomet and in diet. Today morning Fasting-102, after exact 2 hrsof lunch -137, after 2 and hours of lunch -111 when checked with test kit at home. Is it normal. There is more difference between 2 gap and 2.30 hours gap result doctor. Thanks for response.

Fasting is borderline raised try to maintain fasting less than 95 Post lunch exactly two hours after lunch should be less than 140

Fasting should be less than 92 2 hrs after lunch should be less than 120 . Its the spike which matters after food. Kindly consult your doctor for better control
