I wanted to know my pp sugar levels are in the 140-150 range(which is normal in non pregnancy), then why in pregnancy this range is reduced to below 120 for pp and below 95 in fasting.

Pregnancy is a diabetogenic state. In pregnancy the metabolism changes to meet the demands of baby. So the range for pregnancy is lower than non pregnant
