Gestational diabetes
I am 32week pregnant Last week's sugar level before food 84 After food 141, my doctor advised some food diet and she said to repeat the test next week. Today again I took the test This week my sugar level Bf -78 Af 115 Whether I suffer gestational diabetes or not? Do I need to take medicine for my diabetes? Will my sugar level have a chance to increase in the upcoming weeks?

No need of any medicines for that..your sugars are in the normal range and it can be maintained by a moderate exercise i.e atleast a half an HR walk in the morning and evening..and diet And keep monitoring your sugars for atleast once in 15 days

Ur sugar is in control. With diet changes u cn have it in control. Don't take stress. Aboid extra added sugar. Have protein diet.
