What are the signs of gestational diabetes?

I am a 28 year old woman and I am 4 months pregnant. I was just going through a few websites to learn about pregnancy and other things associated to it. I came across something called the gestational diabetes and I learned that it occurs in women alone during the period of gestation. Can someone tell me the Gestational Diabetes symptoms so that I can be more cautious and get medical aid ASAP in case I sense the symptoms? Thanks!!

Get done OGTT.It is kind of blood test to know the blood sugar level.First test in empty stomach without taking anything even water.After that 75 mg glucose then again blood test after one and half hour.
