I am 28weeks pregnant. Borderline to develop gestational diabetes. Kindly suggest me diet and exercise to be followed to control blood sugar.

Have six small meals ( three main meals and three in between snacks). Avoid sweets and tubers completely. Eat more of green leafy vegetables, pulses and cereals.
