Hello, visit a dentist and get the checkup done. get an X-ray done. if there is any cavity get the filling done. if there is an infection get it treated followed by a crown.also get your scaling and polishing done every 6 months. brush twice daily, floss regularly, rinse after every meal.

Also take painkiller available if it pains a lot. Or use warm water and salt mixture for mouthwash twice a.

You seems to be having a decay tooth which is troubling you can get the x ray done for that particular tooth then as per requirement it may go for rct save the tooth as much as you can removal of tooth is not the solution
