Gerd and Hiatus hernia
What all should be taken as a diet in gerd and hiatus hernia as a indian food? Quite confused about the food I eat. As I am having home made normal food should I need to change my diet. ( avoiding deep fried food, coffe, tea ,alcohol) my food is normal spicy. How long should a diet to be followed. Can I have a cheat day in this once in a while?
