I have genital warts on Vagina (outer) using Imiquad three times a week(been two weeks now). But it doesn't seems to reduce or go away and even itching has started. Need urgent solution.

Imiquimod is an immunomodulator and it requires time to act. Your doctor would have told you that. You have to be patient. There are other treatment option for warts. But since you started with imiquimod, my advice is to continue. Oral zinc is also advisable simultaneously.
