Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
Hello doctor,
From 2019 i have been suffering from Generalized Anxiety Disorder.unti 2021 November i used allopathy and stopped taking medicines as they are causing lot of side effects.
I am able to controll my anxiety only through exercises.Later I decided to use homeopathy and started taking atdplus and sbl tranquil as given by one homeo physician.But after taking this i couldn't sleep properly,am getting woken up early and not able to sleep after waking up once.
Due to this i am suffering from sleeplessness and unable to do my daily work.
Please help if I need to change any medication.
