After how much time of eating food one should drink water ???.Some people say 30 min some say 1 hour.Please say what should be the right time and what is the logic behind delay of drinking water ???.Please answer.

Gud morning water intake should be done either one hour prior to meal Or else one hour after meal but not along with meal or in between meal time,it's recommended so for better digestion of foods inside the stomach.
