Kindly go to a hospital for your thyroid evaluation.
And for your lipid profile, take tablet rosuvastatin 10 mg one tablet per day for the next one month and repeat lipid profile after one month.
And yes, apart from medicines, kindly exercise on a regular basis, and do cardio to maintain and burn your fat levels.
Consult after one month for further evaluation.
