GDM, HYPOTHYROIDISM during pregnancy
I am 24 week pregnant, Having gestational diabetes and on glycomet sr 100 at night, Last month got tsh test done it was 3.9 ,my thyronorm was increased from 75 to 100mcg But today my tsh came 1.54. I Am severe palpitation and anxiety since 2 days, sweating and poor sleep along with sadness.. Cud this fluctuation of tsh cause mood swings?

Target for TSH during pregnancy is 1 to 2.5. these symptoms can be due to several causes. U should visit your doctor.
