Can gastritis cause vitamin deficiency?? As i have tingling sensation sometimes. But my gastritis is overall improving ( only symptom left is gas or bloating sometimes at night only)

Long standing gastritis could cause vitamin b 12 deficiency/insufficiency.Check your vitamin b 12 levels ,if needed take  methylcobalamine depending on the results.
