Gastritis healed
I am diagnosed with gastritis. I want to know how i determine if my gastritis is already healed. Thanks, I highly appreciated your help.

If you have no pain / burning/ fullness of upper abdomen then this means your symptoms subsided.
If you observe any if this then you should continue your treatment govern by your physician.
Stop tea coffee and spicy food for a while till your symptoms completely subsides.
