Gastric, Headache, chest & feels lazy
Currently i am facing issues like acid reflux problem which is severe before but it is better than before. I have a headache (mostly on the right side of the head at the back but it also switches to places).
I have nerve pain also according to me as i get pain at any part of the body.
I have a weird feeling around my left chest mostly around my nipple .. sometimes it happens on the right side as well.
When i sleep on my stomach na..it feels like something is there at my left chest (No pain but a weird feeling).
When i wake up in the morning. I don't feel fresh as much as i have to.
There is white coating on my tongue in the morning whenever i get up.
I have done some tests 3 months back.. vitamin D, Iron, B12, lipid profile, CBC.
All is good.
There is vitD deficiency & Iron deficiency for which i am taking supplements.
Please guide what can be caused so i can consult & start treatment!
