I am a gastric patient for 3 months and also suffering constipation, BP high and high tryglycerides (216 mg/dl).
I consume Pentocid 40 -emty stomach morning after wakeup.
After breakfast-amlodac 5 for BP.
After lunch - Vibact DS (40 tablets course and now remaining is 6 tablets).
After Dinner - Roseday 5 for cholesterol and Telma 20 for BP.
Height -176cm
Weight-94kgs
Age-40
Excercise-1hour walking and free hand.
Non alcoholic, non smoker and vegetarian.
Plz suggest me ayurvedic medicine and mainly can I take Patanjali sudh Shilajit liquid in dis physical condition. If yes den how much and when ?
