From last Few month I find high acidity when I eat something outside. Recently I observe acidity along with difficulty while taking shallow breath.I feel tingling sensation in hand and leg,This sensation goes off when I eat my lunch.It's bothering daily schedule.Have done teasts like Lipid profile where Cholesterol is below 200 but TGL is 284.Im taking BP medication telvas beta 25 from last 3yrs.

Hi., I can understand your concern
It can be due Gastritis and vitamin deficiency.
For now take tab pan 40 before food
Tab gelusil after food
Tab meganeueon od once after food for one month
Acidity is due to many factors like type of food which you eat, timing of your meals, anxiety etc.
You may take Sy Solacid -O 15 ml whenever you suffer from symptoms of acidity.
Continue taking your medicine for BP.
