Gas pain query
I vomited yesterday. Once . After that my body is very weak. Today early morning I am facing some pains throughout my body , some gas pains . In the neck area , the upper abdomen. What should I do now . Please suggest me doctor.

Take fluids and liquid diet more and take rest.if you have pain in upper abdomen and chest u need to take ecg .consult nearby hospital immediately.they will take ecg and gas relieving injections.will provide with good result.

Start by hydrating yourself.
Don't take pain killers as they will increase your gastritis.
Cap Pan dsr once a day empty stomach.
Hydrate well.
Take small meal size.
If you want something for pain paracetamol is safest option.
