  4. Cramps like gas pain in body. Suggest.

Cramps like gas pain in body
I feel sharp pain in muscles and heavy stomach all the time. Feels like balloon in belly and pain in thighs and knees. Gas is produce in large amounts and feels uncomfortable most of the time. Also sounds come from stomach throughout the day. Please suggest.
