Gas, dizziness and shortness of breath

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Good afternoon Doctor. I have been experiencing bloating resulting in shortness of breath and dizziness. Not severe. I had done my ECG, 2D echo and TMT in February 2019. All normal including CBC, LFT, KIDNEY FUNCTION, THYROID, SUGAR, BP. Just wanted to know whether gas can cause symptoms like shortness of breath and dizziness ? How do I manage it? Thank you

There is nothing called gas. This is a misnomer. What people call as gas can actually mean Various Intestinal or gastric causes. Yes. One of these causes can result in breathlessness like symptoms sometimes. Anxiety is another possibility.
