I understand your IBS problem but why you need to take two antacids? Hair fall in my opinion is not related to antacids, there may be bit.deficiency so hair fall stops after taking neurobion.
Next Steps
consult Ga strong to lo gist,if problem doesn't solve then psychiatrist.

IBS is very troubling problem, and I believe that you should continue the medication. So far hair fall and different combinations of medication is concerned, I feel that you should take in a way that it helps you but not to discontinue medication. You can discuss with your doctor that you want to take your medicine in particular combination so that it help in hair fall. However, non of my patients complaint of hair fall in these combination. And it doesn't mean that it can not happen.
Next Steps
Continue medicine, consult your doctor

Aciloc at bedtime is not required if you take Pan d Side effect of hairfall is not usually associated with pan d...There might be some other causes which you need to look for..If there is no hairfall with neurobion it indicates gaira is due to vitamin deficiencies cause by poor nutrition
Next Steps
Stop aciloc...Pantop alone can be taken in the morning...Domstal or domperdidone can be taken twice daily morning and evening. For milder cases generally pantop once a day is enough
Health Tips
Get yourself checked for vitamin deficiencies and eat properly on time

Both of these drugs act by different mechanisms....your doctor has probably prescribed these two to provide a better control of your “acidity” symptoms. You might be deficient in some vitamins/ b-complexes and for that your doctor must have prescribed Neurobion. For details please consult your doctor, I’m sure s/he can explain these to you in a better manner as s/he has seen you and has detailed history of your problem.

Stress, anxiety, depression, unresolved emotional and psychological issues are the main causes of IBS. You need to analyse your internal state of mind for that. Medicines basically works on the symptoms and can give you temporarily relief but it can further cause side effects. I would suggest you to consult a Psychologist and try to work on the causes.

Need to ask your treating physician about the medicines.Need to consult a dermatologist about the hair fall.Changing the timing of Pan D is not related to hair fall. Neurobion gives you vitamins, which helps your general health. As I Psychiatrist, I can only help with your emotional problems associated with IBS.
Next Steps
Seek a physician or gastroenterologist.
Health Tips
Do not assume anything without clarifying with a doctor.
