Garcinia Cambogia??
Hi,  For weight loss i got many replies that only natural way is best way and no need to take any supplements. However my query is what about "Garcinia Cambogia", its said that it is made up of completly Natural formula. Is this also harmful? I was thinking to take 1 dose per day for 1-2 months just to give booster to my weight loss. then stop it. So will it gain weight again after stopping even if same diet continuous?

Garcinia cambogia is just a gimmick better to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

No there would not be any harm after take it for 2 months and then left it. We can't tell if your weight would increase or not after leaving garcinia.

Yes if you will stop having and u will stop doing exercises so definitely u will gain again Before taking read intruction N before taking see that do have any health issues or not N for 94 kg it is not recommend you will not get your ideal body weight by having garcinea.
