So I have gap in my teeth and bleeding gums ...may be because I m vegetarian and not taking enough calcium in my diet

Hello dear...first veg and non veg se khas relation nhi hota... Second... gaping may or may not.... depends upon genetic pattern....and less related with calcium diet...

Having space between teeth is a common problem and can be corrected...it has nothing to do with your diet...it can be corrected through different treatment modalities depending upon your demands and time...as for bleeding gums, its indicative of gingivitis which can be corrected with a simple scaling and polishing followed by proper hygiene practice as demonstrated by the dentist
