If there are spaces which have opened up gradually . Trust me to close those spaces the best what you could do is braces. Do not undergo any other Dental procedures which promise you instant results as they will be only short term.
Next Steps
Please Visit an Orthodontist and ask for the treatment Time and Estimate.
Health Tips
Now a days there are clear Aligners or invisible braces which help finish treatment much quicker without even showing your braces to anyone...

After the braces is done it's very important to get retainer done..So that u don't get this problem again in the future... Ask for permanent retainers.

Whether you need braces or not depends on the amount of spaces. U can go for braces or other cosmetic procedures. If u upload a photo or visit a dentist would be better.
