Ganglion cyst
I have a small ganglion cyst in my right wrist. I used to do alot of pushups , I think that is the reason the cyst has come. Ganglion cyst is for 7 years with me. I am not able to do any exercise which involves hands like pushups , hand stands etc
I want to learn kick boxing , martial arts , but afraid that this cyst is becoming the hindrance.
Please tell what is solution?
