Ganglion cyst at elbow
I have been working out at gym for 6 months.
Recently I had a pain in my elbow.
Upon touching I found a cyst type on my elbow n it's paining.
I put moov but the pain n cyst is there.
Please any advice any home remedy to reduce the cyst n pain.

Ganglion cysts are seen in the wrist or foot ,not in the elbow.painful swelling could be due to bursa or simply an inflammation.You can consult with a orthopedist for clinical examination and diagnose the condition.
