Your Mother is having Gall Stones,  a condition called medically Cholelethiasis. Reasons behind itching could be due to obstruction caused by tiny calculi in Common bile duct leading to abnormal LFT or due to smoe other reasons also. My suggestion would be go for LFT  and Serum lipase along with CBC. She may require MRCP alsop, depends on blood investigation report. You can share reports with me for further advice. Meantime she can take some Antibiotics, PPI , Analgesic and Anti allergy drugs like Cetrizine.
Next Steps
you can Consult online with me after investigation done
