Gallstones of 3 mm in the gallbladder and 3.7 mm in CBD (common bile duct) can sometimes be managed with Ayurveda if they are small, non-obstructive, and not causing severe symptoms. Ayurvedic Approach for Gallstones: ✔ Herbs like Kulthi (Horse Gram), Bhumi Amla, Punarnava, Gokshura, and Triphala help in gradual stone dissolution. ✔ Pittashamak medicines like Pithorin, Arogyavardhini Vati, and Punarnavadi Kashayam help balance Pitta Dosha. ✔ Diet – Avoid oily, spicy, and heavy foods; drink warm water regularly. ✔ Lifestyle – Regular yoga (Pawanmuktasana, Bhujangasana) and deep breathing help in bile flow regulation. How Long for Stones to Dissolve? Small stones may dissolve in 3-6 months with strict Ayurvedic treatment. If symptoms worsen (severe pain, nausea, jaundice), surgical removal may be required. Would you like a customized Ayurvedic treatment plan?
