Hai,
Gall bladder stone size of 2.2 cm can be easily dissolved. The position of stone in the neck is the cause of pain. It can be easily dissolved using homoeopathic medicines.
Kindly share your blood test- liver function test and Lipid profile. We could generally decrease size by 1 cm rate in 2 months and the discomfort will get reduced within 1 month.
Homoeopathy is the best choice at this time than going for surgery.

I understand your concernâespecially when surgery is suggested so quickly. A 2.2 cm gallstone located at the neck of the gallbladder can definitely cause the kind of pain youâre describing (upper abdomen, right side, even radiating to the back).
In conventional medicine, laparoscopic surgery is often advised because of the risk of blockage or recurrent attacks. However, itâs important to know that surgery is not always the only immediate optionâespecially if there are no severe complications like infection, high fever, or acute inflammation.
In homeopathy, we focus on treating the root causeâhelping the body gradually reduce the tendency to form stones, improving bile flow, and relieving symptoms like pain, bloating, and discomfort. Many patients with similar conditions have experienced significant relief and avoided or delayed surgery with properly selected constitutional remedies.
That said, every case is different. The size, location (neck of gallbladder), frequency of pain, and your overall health need careful evaluation before deciding the right approach.
With my 25+ years of experience in treating complex chronic conditions, I have managed many cases of gallbladder stones with encouraging resultsâespecially in patients who wanted to avoid surgery.
If youâd like, you can connect with me for a detailed consultation. I will honestly guide you whether your case is suitable for homeopathic management or if surgery is truly necessary in your situation.

I advice to go for surgeons opinion first
Homeopathic medicine works better in initial stages but in your case it works better in pre operative and post operative cure and fast recovery

Hi practo user
Homoeopathy can help in reducing the frequency of pain episodes, improving digestion, and supporting gall bladder function in selected cases, especially when stones are small and symptoms are mild.
If symptoms are recurrent, severe, or associated with complications such as fever, vomiting, jaundice, or persistent pain, laparoscopic removal of the gall bladder remains the safest and most definitive treatment but by homoeopathic treatment patient can be cured .
Health Tips
Avoid oily , fried foods fatty and heavy meals
Take small and frequent meals
Homeopathy can help in your condition, but since the stone size is 2.2 cm, it may be difficult to treat and will take time for recovery. Surgery might remain the last option if needed. However, you can try homeopathic treatment.
