Gaining of muscle
Dear Sir/Mam, How to gain muscle quickly in 5 months. Weight: 71 Height: 5'10 I started Gyming from last one week. I have 5 months to make my muscle. Would appreciate if some one can help me out. I am a vegetarian I do Gyming for 2 hrs everyday.

Hi Try taking some high protein foods like milk n it's products, sprouts, chhole, Chana, rajma, dal etc. Along with soyamilk. It will help.

Take food every 3 hrs like 3 complete meals(brkfst, lunch, dinner)with med quantity. 3 foods n fluids in mid meal mid eve n eve. 3 foods cn be fruits, snacks , liquids.
