I've been trying many combination of different vegetarian nutritional foods but still am stuck at 62kg and neither have been becoming lean. I workout 3 times a week. And my daily meals include
Breakfast - Hot Lemon Water, Banana Oats Protein Smoothie ( 500 ml )
Lunch - Paneer Bhurji ( 125 gms paneer ) with 8 ghee rotis.
Snacks - Protein Bar, Banana Oats Protein Smoothie ( 500 ml )
Dinner - Sabji ( 100 gms ) with 8 ghee rotis.
I've been pretty skeptical approach a nutritionist. But I'm in dire need to nutritional guidance.

Hi.
Your food intake as per what you have mentioned will not help with muscle gain, nor will it promote fat loss for a lean body. It’s not adequate in protein, you’re doing an overload of carbohydrates (8 rotis, bananas).
A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan that works.
