Like kafaj prakriti Person will find it difficult to lose weight and easy to gain!
On the other hand vataj prakriti Person will find it difficult to gain weight and easy to lose!
So your diet plan and regimen should be according to your body type exclusively!
So first consult through practo know your body type and then ask to plan the diet plan accordingly
You must have tikshana agni, that's why your digestion is pretty faster than usual. You are not getting enough nutrients through your food because of your fast agni. You need proper treatment for this.
