Fungal/ Ringworm infection
Hi I am suffering suddenly fungal/Ringworm infection from last 15 days taking proper medicine and applying Fuzysone-M & Luliconazole 1.0%
taking DJLEVO-M &Terbinext daily but no relief yet.What should I do I am feeling very Uncomfortable.

• This is extensive dermatophytosis (tinea corporis / ringworm)
• Current treatment is likely failing due to steroid-containing cream (Fuzysone-M) → causing tinea incognito (worsened/modified fungal infection)
• Incomplete response also suggests resistant or inadequately treated fungal infection
Next Steps:
• Stop all steroid combination creams immediately (Fuzysone-M)
• Continue pure antifungal only: Luliconazole is fine, apply twice daily for 3–4 weeks (extend 1–2 weeks after clearing)
• Use antifungal dusting powder during day to keep area dry
• Wash clothes, towels separately and daily

• Steroid creams give temporary relief but worsen fungal infection long-term
• Keep area dry, sweat-free, loose cotton clothing
• Do not share towels/clothes → prevents spread

If u are sure it's a fungal infection,using fusysone -M for it is not a proper medication,and if u have used both it make the diagnosis a bit uneasy
