• This is extensive dermatophytosis (tinea corporis / ringworm) • Current treatment is likely failing due to steroid-containing cream (Fuzysone-M) → causing tinea incognito (worsened/modified fungal infection) • Incomplete response also suggests resistant or inadequately treated fungal infection Next Steps: • Stop all steroid combination creams immediately (Fuzysone-M) • Continue pure antifungal only: Luliconazole is fine, apply twice daily for 3–4 weeks (extend 1–2 weeks after clearing) • Use antifungal dusting powder during day to keep area dry • Wash clothes, towels separately and daily Helpful Tips / Words of Caution: • Steroid creams give temporary relief but worsen fungal infection long-term • Keep area dry, sweat-free, loose cotton clothing • Do not share towels/clothes → prevents spread • Treat all affected areas simultaneously • Recurrence is common if treatment is stopped early Kindly consult with me via Practo for detailed evaluation and treatment
