You don't have to suffer. You may be suffering from fungal infection of the inner thighs groin and buttocks area which we call tinea cruris. this is commonly referred as jock itch. It is easily treatable by taking 4 to 6 weeks of treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Wrong treatment with over the counter creams like fourderm, panderm, quadriderm, dermi 5, betnovate dermikem OC candid B, hh zole leads to severe side effects and also repeated recurrences. please do not use super body wash over the affected areas. Do not use steroid containing combination creams. Please contact me using online consultation for detailed prescription. Do not delay treatment as it may spread for the on your body and also to other people living in the household.
Hello dear. Since you reside in a very humid city like Vishakhapatnam, you have to be very careful with treatment.
It seems that you have been taking the right treatment but have not adhered to cleanliness and hygiene standards
Next Steps
Share pictures via online consultation to make sure it's fungal only.
Health Tips
Change clothes as soon as they become sweaty and have a bath. Get tested for diabetes
Fungal infection happened due to sweating specially in folds. Maintaining good hygiene is important. You haven’t mentioned about the medicines you have taken previously. Incomplete treatment or wrong medicines may cause the recurrence. When you take any medicine it gives symptomatic relief and you think that it’s gone but after few days to months it recurs again.
Next Steps
Online consultation with me to get a proper history and give detailed prescription
